Refund and Return Policy
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@infernohaven.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Just the Item and Return Form , then mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange . Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange . We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged :
● Items that are returned after the 30-day return window.
● Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts.
● Items that are shipped back to us without a return form.
● Item that custom or tailor made

Please Note
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
● Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
● We will refund the full purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs.
